Security legend, Dr Ayodele Ogunsan, Executive Secretary/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) “is a man who conquered difficulties, because he feel he can do it”. “The confidence in himself, inspires the confidence of the others”. A young man of 50 years old of immense broad mind, extreme vigilance, and unprecedented land mark security operation antecedents and faithful security expert. Ogunsan is a man whose introduction and short biographical analysis shall surely encourage others greater heights. The strategic security expert often referred to as true humanist and a pride the younger generation of Africa. Dr Ayo Ogunsan has played his role in life at such an age with extreme honesty of purpose tenacity, and commitment to distinction. Lagos State Security Trust Fund boss, does not joke with the safety of school children in Lagos State. “They say, is a public trust. To whom much is given, much is expected. As a mark of appreciation to amicable Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu for the trust in him and in order to reciprocate the goodwill and gesture extended to him since his assumption of the position of Executive Secretary/ Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Lagos State Security Trust Fund (LSSTF) He has issued a compelling charge to the state security architecture to put Lagos state school children on top priority of their security operation. Ogunsan has been a committed soul and a practical demonstrator of what he believes should be a fundamental basis upon which the dispensation of security innovation, collaboration to tackle Lagos State security challenges in the state. Dr Ogunsan was speaking with the Lagos State Neighborhood Safety Agency (LNSA) led by the general manager of (LNSA) Prince Dr Ifalade Oyekan, the commandant, Patriot Amb. Badmus Akeem Abayomi and the management team of the Peace Corps of Nigeria, Lagos state command on a courtesy visit to his office at Alausa, Ikeja. The visionary Leader, Ogunsan declared that, the able Governor of Lagos state Babajide Olusola Sanwo-olu and Lagos State people’s top priority is the safety of the children of Lagos state without security threats. He called all the attention of all security agencies to what he described as a responsibility that must be carried out with the highest order and command level of vigilance. “Our children are our pride”. ”They are precious seeds”. “Every security agency in Lagos State must ensure that our children are safe in the urban center, inner city of the riverine area of Lagos”. We are not focusing on VIP security this time around. It is a general security to ensure that anybody is protected and move around Lagos without harassment and problem, especially; school children are well monitored and secured. Lagos is only a state children can go to school without fear, Ogunsan sound warning.
